斉藤ジーナ（Jina Saito）さん

It has passed 1 year and 4 months since I started to work in this Care Center. I faced some difficulties at beginning of work but now, in these days I can manage it and keep good communications with the Patients and the Work Mates but of course the Work is not easy however I can have more pleasant incidents, so I wish I could continue to work.

私がこのケアセンターで働き初めて、1年と4ヶ月が経ちました。この仕事を始めた当初は様々な困難に直面しましたが、今では患者さんや社員の方々となんとか良いコミュニケーションをとることが出来ています。もちろんこの仕事は簡単ではありませんが、私はやりがいを持っています。だから私はこの仕事を続けていきたいと思います。
